Problem

Microsoft has a business imperative to provide value for its customers via integrating agents into its M365 Copilot Hub. We are currently in the discovery phase, exploring why we need to do this. How are people using agents now? What Jobs To Be Done are people solving with agents? In what ways are agents making people’s work lives easier?

My job is to guide the team through asking the right questions, using research methodologies and design prototypes to pose questions to elicit answers.
